A wine pairing party is an intimate look into how food and wine pair together. I will come into your home, teach and show just how food and wine pair so well with one another. I will take an assortment of foods that I will prepare and take a selection of various wines, and put the food and wines to the test. I will teach the basic fundamental wine pairing tricks that will leave you a gourmand in the restaurants. In planning your wine pairing event, you may wish to focus on a certain country, varietal or a progressive mixture of whites to reds.
