6 cups of chick peas
1/2 cup of chopped sundried tomatoes (packed in oil)
3 large cloves of garlic
2t of balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
2 1/2t of liquid smoke
1t of course black pepper
1 cup of olive oil
Salt

In food processor, add all ingredients except olive oil. Blend until everything is mixed together and with food processor on, drizzle in olive oil slowly. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with pita chips or toritall chips.
