With my gourmet meal delivery service you can have fresh or frozen,
gourmet prepared meals delivered right to you. All you have to do is
follow the heating and assembly instructions and voila, your gourmet
meals are ready in minutes!!!
Only the highest quality ingredients go into my meals. Vegetables
are always market-fresh, never frozen. Meats are hand trimmed, USDA
choice grade, and our seafood comes from the best purveyors. From
stocks to sauces, it’s all prepared from scratch, all with a little
bit of love in every bite!!!
At First Bite has many different packages, all designed to suit your
personal needs. Below, outlines my basic fee structure for Personal
Chef Services. Keep in mind that the "Personal" in Personal Chef
Service is just that, so if what you're looking for isn't here, I’ll
design a service just for you.
Gourmet Meal Service includes: Menu planning and consultation,
grocery shopping, preparation, labeling, delivery, and
heating/assembly instructions. Extra $35 for anything over 15 miles
from Danbury, CT

Watching your calories and fat, need to lose a few pounds, just want

to cook dinner for the family? Well look no further, Chef Stoker can
have gourmet prepared meals delivered right to you, for your family
to enjoy, so you can spend, good quality time with your family and
less time in your kitchen. (All packaged family style)

The Busy Single
Are you a busy professional that has no time to
cook? Do you wish you had superb, gourmet meals at your office or
waiting for you when you got home from a long day? Well look no
further; these gourmet meal packages are suited for your busy,
professional lifestyle.
*Lunch and Dinner Date Package – 10 meals (5 lunches, 5 dinners) –
From: $210
*Dinner Date: 5 full entrées – From: $165.00
- Add snacks for an additional charge
* Appropriate containers for packaging your meals will be purchased
and added to the cost, so you can choose either to re-use them or
use disposable for each service.
Important Information:
-There may be additional fees for nutritional analysis of menus and
special gourmet and organic ingredients.
- Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Deposit equal to 50% of total expense due upon acceptance of signed
proposal. Remaining balance is due upon arrival of meal service.
Full refund of deposit upon cancellation within 3 (three) days prior
to service. Full cost of service due if cancellation is received
after the three day cancellation notice.
Information about your Gourmet Meals:
How long will my meals stay fresh in the fridge?
Your meals are freshly prepared and packaged in flavor-fresh
containers and safely transported with insulated coolers. Under
proper refrigeration (40 degrees or below) your meals will be fresh
for five days from the date of delivery.
Can I freeze my meals?
Dinner entrées and Family Favorites are designed to freeze right in
their flavor fresh packaging for up to 30-days with no loss of
quality. Simply thaw your frozen entrée in the fridge or use the
defrost cycle on your microwave before following the heating
instructions on the label.

What a great way to spend time with friends and family! From
demonstration classes to hands-on parties, these customized
events are great fun! The cost will vary based on the type of class
desired, menu selection and size of party. In all cases the
cost will include menu planning, shopping, preparation, instruction,
clean up, recipes for all at the end of the session and most
importantly, enjoying the yummy food you all prepared.

Personal Chef Vacation Packages
Whether you are visiting the CT or the NY area on vacation, or just
need one away from the kitchen, At First Bite can arrange
for an in-house chef for as many days and meals as you would like.
Why not have a chef of your own, to pamper you so that
you can enjoy yourself? I offer weekly, full-day, 1/2 day and dinner
only options for up to 20 people. Please

Dinner Parties

How often have you had a dinner party and instead of having fun,
were exhausted by the time the last guests left? With my
personal chef service, I can make your next dinner party relaxing
and stress free
First I’ll meet with you in your home and help you in the selection
of your menu. I would also be pleased to suggest wines or
liquors that will compliment each of your courses. On the day of
your dinner party I will arrive early at your home with all the
necessary ingredients and equipment for preparing your menu. While
you enjoy your guests, I serve and clear each of the
courses. After the last course is served I will quietly clean your
kitchen, leaving you no other responsibility than Entertaining
your guests over coffee and dessert.

Cocktail, h'ors d'oeuvres and Tapas Parties

Be prepared to dazzle you quests with some small bites of love.
These types of parties are a great way to entertain your
guest, clients or anyone that just wants to have a little taste of
everything. I will sit down with you and customize your small
bites party. After we establish a menu, I will pick out the wines
or liquors that will suit your fancy and take your food to a
whole new level. So, indulge in a little pleasure with some savory
small bites and leave a lasting impression with your guests.

preparing, serving, clean-up.

Wine pairing parties
(6 – 15 people)
--A wine pairing party is an intimate look into how food and wine pair
up together.
For small gathering, I will come into your home and teach and show
just how food and wine pair so well with one another. I
will take an assortment of foods that I will prepare and take a
selection of various wines, and put the food and wines to the
test. I will teach the basic fundamental wine pairing tricks that
will leave you a gourmand in the restaurants.
--In planning your wine pairing event, you may wish to focus on a
certain country, varietals or a progressive mixture of
whites to reds.

No time to prepare the appetizers or dinner?
Don't want to hire a caterer but need some help? I will arrive in
the morning with all the groceries and start preparing your
menu. Everything is stored in your refrigerator with detailed
re-heating instructions. And if you really want to impress your
friends and family, I will teach you some culinary techniques that
you can do when they all arrive for the big party and make
you look like a professional chef.

show at your next event or party. Whether you want to
do something different at your next party, or you’re in charge of a

upon her arrival, so you can enjoy the thrill of learning how to
cook with none of the hassle, with all the intensions of impressing
her to know end. In your kitchen, I will cut and chop all of
your ingredients, prepare almost 75% of your meal. All you have to
do is wow her with the culinary techniques that I will teach
you and finish your romantic meal right in front of her, with every
intension of her thinking you slaved all day in the kitchen. I
will help you choose the right menu for the evening, grocery shop,
preparing your menu, teach you culinary techniques, leave
you detailed instructions to finish your meal and culinary tricks to
“Wow” her. Nobody ever goes hungry in a romance around
great food, that’s how you will succeed, score and become a hero in
her eyes, in and out of the kitchen!
