These are some menu items that I have prepared in the past. I always can come up with customized menus for you. Just let me know your likes and dislikes and if there are any dietary needs that you request, example: low-fat/low sodium.

              Bridal Shower Party

Pre Meal Appetizers:
3 types of cheeses with crackers, gourmet olives, fruit, various garnishes
Hummus, Babba Ganush, pita bread
1st course:
Lobster Spring Rolls (flashed fried)
With mango-pineapple chutney sauce
Cilantro oil and sweet and sour sauce
Micro greens and pickled red onions on top
2nd Course:
Almond Encrusted Chicken-
Shaved cucumber and fennel salad with citrus vinaigrette (pimento, mint, oregano, shaved carrots and shaved red peppers)
Peruvian Blue potatoes – halved with Fleur de sel salt
Drizzled with tangerine honey
3rd Course:
Mojitos or Raspberry Cheesecake
With lime crème
 

           Merry Christmas Dinner

1st Course:
Lobster Spring Rolls
With mango-pineapple chutney sauce, cilantro oil and aged Balsamic vinegar
Micro greens and pickled red onions
Wine pairing: Dry Champagne
2nd Course:
Wild Mushroom Salad on top of a grilled crostini, micro greens and frissee salad with citrus vinaigrette, bleu cheese, drizzled with basil oil
Wine pairing: Medium body, Oaky Chardonnay
3rd Course:
Maple Cured Salmon with a maple glaze
Wild mushroom risotto and Braised Parsnips
Wine pairing: Pinot Noir
4th Course:
Apple Bourbon Bread Pudding with Cinnamon Ice Cream
Wine pairing: Ice Wine

(Drinks: Mojitos – mint, limes, sugar, ice, Bacardi rum)
1. Fried Smashed Plantains with shredded cinnamon pork, topped with *jicama slaw
2. Lime Tequila Cilantro shrimp on sugar cane sticks
3. Chayote Salsa and Chips

Viva Italiano station:
Red and white wines
1. *Italian Cheese platter (Buffalo Mozzarella, Fontina, Gorgonzola, Goat Cheese, Pecorino Romano) Pita chips, bread sticks, crackers, smoked almond,)
2. Mini Parmesan crisp baskets with Caesar salad and Rye Crotons
3. *Tuscan White Bean and Artichoke Bruschetta

A little Sake and Sushi for the Soul:
(Sake – served warm)
1. Various type of sushi and sashimi
2. Rice Paper Veggie Springs Rolls with Tamari-Chili dipping sauce

Winter Orecchiette with Butternut squash and Grilled Smoked chicken

Spinach fusilli pasta with a creamy mascarpone and goat cheese sauce, topped with toasted rosemary, paprika and truffle oil
Turkey Pot Pie
Shredded turkey, root vegetables, leeks, pearl onions, baked with a thick chardonnay sauce topped with basil phyllo
Lemon-Thyme Roasted Chicken
Lemon-thyme roasted chicken with Peruvian blue potatoes on top of sautéed garlic and edamame beans.
Sweet BBQ Pull Pork
Pulled Pork with a BBQ-Bourbon sauce, on top of a sweet potato maple hash with winter garlic sautéed greens drizzled with a honey glaze
